DATA DELETION

YOUR RIGHT TO DELETION
You can ask Boltise Pvt. Ltd. ("Boltise") to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains what we store and how to request its deletion.
WHAT DATA WE HOLD
- •Contact and enquiry details you submit through our website (name, email, company, project details)
- •Email subscription details, if you joined our list
- •For our WhatsApp Business service: WhatsApp message content, sender and recipient phone numbers, message templates, and delivery status, processed on behalf of the business client whose WhatsApp Business Account is connected
HOW TO REQUEST DELETION
Email anil.patel@boltise.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- •The email address, business name, and/or WhatsApp Business phone number associated with the data
- •A short description of what you would like deleted
We verify every request before acting on it, complete the deletion within 30 days, and email you a confirmation once it is done. There is no charge for this.
WHATSAPP BUSINESS DATA
For our WhatsApp Business service, Boltise integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform as a Tech Provider and acts as a data processor for the business client. On a verified request we delete that business's message records, contact details, and connected channel configuration from our systems, and the connected access credentials are destroyed. Because Boltise processes this data on behalf of the client, an end customer's request is made through the business they contacted, and Boltise carries out the deletion on that business's instruction.
APPLICABLE LAW
We handle deletion requests in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle data.
