Your right to deletion
You can ask Boltise Private Limited ("Boltise") to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains what we store and how to request its deletion.
What data we hold
- Contact and enquiry details you submit through our website (name, email, company, project details)
- Email subscription details, if you joined our list
- Job application details and resumes, if you applied for a role
- Data we process on behalf of business clients inside software we build and operate for them (for example customer contact details, order and notification records), where the client owns the connected account
How to request deletion
Email hello@boltise.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- The email address, business name and/or phone number associated with the data
- A short description of what you would like deleted
We verify every request before acting on it, complete the deletion within 30 days, and email you a confirmation once it is done. There is no charge for this.
Data processed for business clients
Where Boltise operates software for a business client that connects its own third-party accounts (CRM, billing or an official messaging platform such as the WhatsApp Business Platform), Boltise acts as a data processor for that client. On a verified request we delete that business's records, contact details and connected configuration from our systems, and the connected access credentials are destroyed. Because Boltise processes this data on behalf of the client, an end customer's request is made through the business they contacted, and Boltise carries out the deletion on that business's instruction.
Applicable law
We handle deletion requests in line with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle data.
