Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase (database and file storage) and Vercel (hosting). Both providers maintain industry-standard security practices. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Vercel — website hosting and deployment
- Supabase — database for storing contact form submissions, subscriptions, and job applications
- Google Fonts — typography (no personal data collected)
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Client systems and processor role
Where a client connects a third-party business platform (for example a CRM, billing tool or an official messaging platform such as the WhatsApp Business Platform) to software we build and operate for them, the client remains the owner of that account and its data. For such services Boltise acts as a data processor on the client's behalf and processes the related records (for example customer contact details, order and notification data) solely to deliver the agreed software service.
Each client's data is isolated per business, access credentials are encrypted at rest, and one client's data is never shared with another. We do not use client-system data for advertising or for any purpose beyond providing the agreed service, and we retain it only as long as needed to deliver the service or as the client instructs.
A business, or its end customer through that business, may request deletion of such data at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions for how to request this.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies for website functionality and, only with your consent, analytics and marketing cookies to understand how visitors interact with our site. You can change your choices at any time via or read our Cookie Policy.
