WHATSAPP BUSINESS AND CUSTOMER DATA

Boltise integrates with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform as a Tech Provider. When a business client uses our WhatsApp service, that client connects their own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's Embedded Signup and remains its owner. For this service Boltise acts as a data processor on behalf of the client: we process WhatsApp message content, sender and recipient phone numbers, message templates, and delivery and read status, solely to send and receive messages and manage templates on the client's behalf.

Each client's WhatsApp data is isolated per business, access credentials are encrypted at rest, and one client's data is never shared with another. We do not use WhatsApp customer data for advertising or for any purpose beyond providing the messaging service, and we retain it only as long as needed to deliver the service or as the client instructs.

A business, or its end customer through that business, may request deletion of WhatsApp data at any time. See our Data Deletion Instructions for how to request this.

COOKIES

Our website uses minimal cookies. We may use essential cookies for website functionality and, if analytics are enabled, analytics cookies to understand how visitors interact with our site. You can control cookie settings through your browser.

DATA RETENTION
